OUR STORY

At the heart of Sammut Bulow lies a rich history of growth, dedication, and a deep commitment to our community. Established in 1998 by Martin Sammut, the vision was clear from the outset: to provide expert guidance and unparalleled service to our clients.


From a single desk in a small office, Marty was joined by Brad Bulow in 2007 and together formed the strong foundation for the business to grow into a thriving organisation.

The following decade saw the development of strategic partnerships and expansion of the Sammut Bulow brand into a suite of complementary financial advisory services, SB Books, SB Lending, SB Life and SBB Wealth.


Today, with the addition of Sammut Bulow Partners Danny Riggs and Adam O’Sullivan and more than 60 staff across five dynamic business units, our growth is a testament to the dedication of our team and the trust of our clients.

MARTIN SAMMUT


Marty founded our firm in 1998 with a clear vision: to provide expert guidance and unparalleled service to clients. Marty laid the groundwork for what would become a thriving organisation and remains deeply committed to fostering strong relationships and guiding clients on their financial journeys. Residing in Ipswich with his wife Christine while their children start to spread their wings around the world, Marty’s leadership continues to inspire our team as we grow and evolve.

BRAD BULOW


After joining the firm in 2005, Brad became a partner in 2007, helping to establish a strong foundation for our business. His expertise in financial advisory services and his commitment to client success have played a crucial role in our expansion. With a deep understanding of the local market and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals, Brad is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships. Born and bred in Ipswich, along with his wife Karlie and their children, Brad is a pillar of the Ipswich community and actively involved in a number of community organisations and charities.

DANNY RIGGS


Danny Riggs became a partner in 2017 after spending seven years within the firm, honing his skills and building strong client relationships. His approach combines financial expertise with a personal touch, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that fit their unique circumstances. Danny’s commitment to excellence and his deep roots in Ipswich with his wife Tiff and their young children allow him to understand and address the needs of the local community. 

ADAM O'SULLIVAN


Adam O'Sullivan joined our team in 2012 and became a partner in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience to the table. With a focus on innovative financial solutions and a client-first approach, Adam is passionate about empowering clients to achieve their financial aspirations. His years of dedication and expertise have made a significant impact on our firm’s growth and reputation. As a proud Ipswich local, you’re most likely to find Adam and his wife Teagan on the sidelines of a weekend sporting match watching one of their boys playing, balancing family life with his role within the community and our firm.
